TERMS OF SERVICE Space Tap Bahrain Last Updated: May 2026 1. Agreement to Terms By accessing spacetapbh.com or engaging Space Tap Bahrain for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. 2. Our Services Space Tap Bahrain provides the following services: Custom software development (web applications, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems) Mobile application development (iOS and Android) E-commerce development (custom platforms, Shopify, multi-vendor marketplaces) Digital marketing (SEO, social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads) All projects are governed by a separate written project proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. 3. Project Proposals and Acceptance All work begins with a detailed written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. A project is confirmed when the client accepts the proposal in writing (email acceptance is sufficient) and pays the agreed deposit. Space Tap Bahrain reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion. 4. Payment Terms A deposit of 50% (or as specified in the proposal) is required before work commences. Remaining payments are tied to milestones as specified in the project proposal. All invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Space Tap Bahrain reserves the right to suspend or pause all work if any invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 days after the due date. Suspended projects may incur a restart fee. All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated. 5. Scope Changes Any changes to the agreed project scope — including additional features, design revisions beyond agreed rounds, or changes to core requirements — must be agreed in writing before work begins. Scope changes may affect the project timeline and cost. Space Tap Bahrain will issue a written change order for any out-of-scope work. 6. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom work produced specifically for the client — including source code, designs, and content — becomes the property of the client. Space Tap Bahrain retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement. Third-party libraries, frameworks, plugins, and open-source components used in the project remain subject to their respective licences and are not transferred exclusively to the client. Until full payment is received, Space Tap Bahrain retains all rights to the work produced. 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, trade secrets, or technical specifications disclosed during the project. This obligation survives termination of the project for a period of 3 years. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed. 8. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide timely feedback and approvals as required by the project timeline. Supply all necessary content, assets, credentials, and information in a timely manner. Nominate a single point of contact with authority to make project decisions. Not hold Space Tap Bahrain responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to fulfil these responsibilities. Project timelines are contingent on the client meeting agreed review and feedback deadlines. Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery dates. 9. Warranties and Representations Space Tap Bahrain warrants that: All work will be performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals. Deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specifications. All projects include a 30-day warranty period after final delivery, during which Space Tap Bahrain will fix bugs or defects at no additional cost, provided they fall within the original agreed scope. The 30-day warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party services, client modifications, hosting environment changes, or features outside the agreed scope. 10. Limitation of Liability Space Tap Bahrain's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. Space Tap Bahrain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational damage. Space Tap Bahrain is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services, hosting providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). 11. Termination Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination: The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date at the agreed hourly or milestone rate. The deposit is non-refundable unless Space Tap Bahrain is in material breach of the agreement. Space Tap Bahrain will deliver all completed work files upon receipt of final payment for work completed. 12. Website Use By using spacetapbh.com, you agree not to: Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems. Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content. Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the website without written permission. 13. Third-Party Links Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Space Tap Bahrain has no control over third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or any project engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 16. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with any signed project proposal or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. 17.
